All 55 minute training programs below are developed for specific needs such as increased strength, performance, speed, agility, movement pattern corrections, individuals who need to see results within a short amount of time, men and women who see that age has begun to take a toll on them.

3) Weight Loss / Fitness / Strength Training... Get up to 12 strength training sessions in one month. You receive a diet consultation designed for your body type and lifestyle, and to meet your individual fitness goals. This is the package for those who are ready to get in shape, lose the weight, get and stay fit.
4) Senior Fitness – Fitness Helps Improve Lifestyle at
Any Age !
Increase your bone density, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, reduce the onset of or reverse osteoporosis, improve your balance and stability, generally Improve mobility and enhance your lifestyle. Special attention is paid to realistic fitness goal setting, using appropriate teaching skills, safety, effectiveness and time. This program allows me to introduce a customized and well-rounded strength training and cardio exercise program, coupled with proper nutrition for older adults who either may never have been exposed to a fitness program, or have been retired for many years.
5) Specialized Programs for Every Condition and Level... Individualized programs designed for those with special needs and those in need of special treatment. Maybe your on a budget or have health issues or your endurance isn’t quite where it needs to be...maybe you’ve never worked out before...
Each session is 30 minutes designed just for your specific needs and is a great way to get started. No worries you can and will see results from shorter sessions and save a litlle money too !

Your busy but need to work out and you want it quick and intense...
then this is for you !
Each session is non stop “High Intensity” with a mixture of weight training, cardio and endurance training, you will be surprised at what you can do in a half hour.
You’ll be breathing hard, sweating like crazy and exhausted when I’m done with you !
